2nd Symposium of the ZHM Graduate School

On 30 November and 1 December 2017, the Graduate School for Materials Science invited their members to the 2nd annual symposium, offering them to present their own research and exchange ideas with colleagues in the fields of materials science and engineering. During the two-day symposium, the PhD candidates and postdocs had the opportunity to present their projects in poster sessions or during lab visits, which were held by some of the participants from HZG and TUHH. Furthermore, a prize for the best poster was awarded. At the end, a plenary discussion with 3 alumni who reported about their transition from doctorate to professional life in industry rounded the event.
